Inspired by SF weather, fog blurs our vision and invites reflection. Move your cursor to reveal the image.

Dev Notes.

[01] This effect has two layers: the underlying image and hover image. The hover layer applies a radial gradient mask with mask-image to create a spotlight around the cursor.

[02] On hover, the image subtly zooms in.
